This Agreement is signed between the following parties under the terms and conditions stated below:

B. BUYER: The person who places an order via the official Etsy shop (misstuliAtelier) by following the redirection from [www.misstulihandmade.com]. The contact information provided to Etsy during the checkout process shall be taken as the basis.
2. SUBJECT AND TRANSACTION FLOW
The subject of this Agreement is to define the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the products showcased on the SELLER’s website.
- Redirection Notice: The BUYER acknowledges that [www.misstulihandmade.com] serves as a digital gallery/showcase. All final purchasing transactions, payments, and order processing are completed securely on the Etsy.com platform under the shop name misstuliAtelier.
- By completing a purchase on Etsy, the BUYER also agrees to Etsy’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION, PRICING, AND PAYMENT
- The type, quantity, and sales price of the products are as displayed on the Etsy product page at the time of purchase.
- Payment Method: Payments are processed via Etsy Payments. The SELLER does not collect or store credit card or bank information on [www.misstulihandmade.com].
- Shipping costs and applicable customs taxes (for international orders) are calculated by Etsy during checkout and are the responsibility of the BUYER.
4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (REFUNDS & RETURNS)
As the products are “Handmade and Art-Based”:
- Standard Items: The BUYER has the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the product, provided it is unused. This request must be initiated through the Etsy “Help with Order” system to ensure official tracking.
- Customized/Personalized Items: The Right of Withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications (e.g., custom pet miniatures).
- Return Shipping: The shipping cost for returns shall be borne by the BUYER unless the product is proven to be damaged upon arrival.
5. DELIVERY AND PERFORMANCE
- The SELLER ships products globally from Istanbul, Türkiye.
- Production and shipping timeframes are specified on the Etsy product page. The BUYER can track their order status via their Etsy account.
- If the SELLER cannot deliver within the legal period (30 days) due to extraordinary circumstances, the BUYER will be notified via Etsy Messages.
6. GENERAL PROVISIONS
- The BUYER confirms they have reviewed the product characteristics and pricing on both the website and the Etsy listing before finalizing the payment.
- Handmade Nature: Since these are handmade needle-felted items, the BUYER accepts that minor variations in color, shape, and size may occur, making each piece unique.
7. PRIVACY & SECURITY
- While browsing [www.misstulihandmade.com], general privacy rules apply. However, for the transaction phase, the BUYER’s data is protected under Etsy’s Global Privacy Policy.
- The SELLER only receives the necessary information (Name, Address) from Etsy to fulfill the delivery.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter via Etsy Messages. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be escalated through the Etsy Case System, or the Consumer Arbitration Committees in the jurisdiction of the SELLER’s residence.
9. ENFORCEMENT
By completing the payment on the official Etsy shop (misstuliAtelier) following the redirection from this site, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement.
