At misstulihandmade, we pour our heart into every stitch, needle-felted detail, and jewelry design. Since our products are handcrafted with artistic precision, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
Note on Order Processing: All sales are finalized through our official Etsy shop (misstuliAtelier). Therefore, all return, exchange, and refund requests must be managed through the Etsy platform to ensure secure transaction handling.
1. Returns
We accept returns for standard (non-custom) items within 14 days of the date you received your package. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- How to Start a Return: Please log in to your Etsy account, go to “Purchases and Reviews,” and select “Help with Order” for your misstuliAtelier purchase to notify us.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
2. Non-Returnable Items (Custom & Personalized Orders)
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for:
- Custom or Personalized Orders: This includes custom needle-felted pet miniatures, specific commission works, or jewelry made to your unique specifications.
- Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale or clearance are considered final sale.
3. Exchanges & Damages
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transit. Since each of our items is unique, an exact “identical” replacement may vary slightly in artistic detail.
- Reporting Damage: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us via Etsy Messages or at info@misstulihandmade.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Requirement: Please include clear photos of the damaged item and the original packaging to assist us with the insurance claim.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you through Etsy regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed through Etsy Payments, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.) according to Etsy’s standard processing times.
5. International Shipping & Customs
For international orders placed via Etsy:
- Customs & Duties: Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
- Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs processes of the destination country.
